The first one I purchased was too "small!" They returned to complete the job, a day after I received the "correct unit." There wasn't an additional fee for the 2nd visit. And the "original estimate" was honored!

Great! Very easy process - I am the landlord and this was for a tenant property. They worked with both myself and the tenant. They were prompt, very responsive both online and over the telephone and the work was completed in a professional manner. They wore PPE and were very courteous. I am happy to have found them as I have other work that will need to be completed in the months to come.

It went great! On the initial visit, we did not have the right kind of ceiling fan for our high vaunted ceiling. Joey the technician said no problem, no charge, and fit us into his schedule a couple of days later. He was timely, courteous, friendly, professional and very efficient. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely hire these guys the next time we need an electrician.

It was great! Forgot the name of the young man that did the work but he arrived on-time, and was such a nice guys. Loved talking with him while he did the work. Would definitely hire again... although I thought the smoke detectors were a little expensive... probably could have gotten them cheaper at Amazon and had them just install it.

First of all, Joey was awesome. He was fast efficient and totally professional from arrival to departure. I specifically asked him for his card so that I could request him should I need for help.

The contractor promptly scheduled an appointment. The only hiccup was that, despite me explaining that a 32-foot or taller extension ladder would be needed, the electrician, Joey, hadn't been advised of that. He used his 24-foot ladder to check the light fixture, which needed to be replaced. He scheduled a new appointment to install the replacement light on-the-spot. Joey arrived on-time and had the new light installed in under ten minutes, excluding the time it took to deploy and put away the 40-foot ladder. The nice lady on the phone was very polite and Joey was polite and professional, as well as being a very nice guy.

They showed up on time, and did just what they said they would do.

Joey was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened to my preference for location of the outlet and determined the most efficient way to install it there. The installation is neat, and was completed in a timely manner. In addition to the outlet, he also installed a whole house surge protector and explained its function. I am very happy with the work done, and will absolutely use this company for future electrical work.

They were excellent. I have no complaints about anything. They provided excellent service, customer service, and expertise. My bathroom lights look amazing and I am extremely happy. My porch light comes on when it is suppose to and it looks beautiful. The pricing was reasonable and they were on time.

Excellent service. Very professional and patient. Our lighting designer was a disaster. Joey and R D stepped in and fixed the issues supplying missing parts and making extra trips to get the job done right. I definitely recommend them and will use them for any electrical needs in the future.

Keith and Chris were very good electricians and they knew exactly what to do. They replaced the old light fixture with a new one. They answered any questions that I had. After, they cleaned up any debris.

The electrician told me what was needed, gave an estimate, did the work. Everything works as expected. The electrician was informative, worked quickly, complied with the building code, and cleaned up after he was done. Company is licensed and insured. Electrician arrived on time. Truck was stocked with everything needed for the job. The electrician was thorough, even marked the new lines on the panel diagram. Have kept their card for referrals and for my next electrical problem. Wasn't cheap, but quality supplies and equipment and experienced labor isn't supposed to be. Felt the work is worth the charge.

I called them on short notice to help me hang a new light in my 2 story foyer.  It was a gift for my wife's birthday.  The guys that come out were very personable and professional.  They also gave me some additional estimates and I will be taking advantage of there services in the next coming weeks.  I am new to the Fredericksburg area and I now have found my electrician for life!

The company showed when they promised. We knew it was going to be a lot of work but they worked on it a few hours until it was finished. We were operational by the end of the day. They were very polite and professional and we would definitely use them again.

The initial contact via phone with Mr. Samuels was pleasant, professional, informative, and satisfying. I was able to set up an appointment for an estimate/job completion, for the following day. 

Keith/Brian (supervisory lead) and John arrived on time; assessed the job; and provided a reasonable estimate. They were very methodical and thorough with the fan installations/removals, e.g., they removed each blade from the fan that was being replaced (instead of removing it whole), prior to removing the fan/fixture from the ceiling (since I wanted to save the fan). They did the same for the second ceiling fan that needed to have its box replaced. I was told their practice of essentially disassembling the fans first, though time-consuming, is important to maintain the blades/fixtures balance. Also, they informed me that the second fan had been wrongly installed previously on a light fixture box instead of a ceiling fan box.  To ensure the stability of the new ceiling fan box, John (I believe) went into the attic and installed a 2x4, I believe, for attachment purposes.

The keyless light fixture was tested, and found to be faulty, as I expected. Unfortunately, I did not have a replacement, and according to Keith, they had used the last fixture on the previous day.  He, in turn, went to a home improvement store, and picked up one, along with an upgrade to an LED light bulb. He is a passionate proponent of LED bulbs and explains why... Indeed, I agreed to have LED bulbs installed in my exterior roof-level flood light, instead of the usual halogen bulb replacements that have never lasted long enough in the past.  I am pleased with the improved illumination and their life span capability.

The porch issues regarding ground wires and an unstable ceiling fan were taken care of in short order with a sledge hammer and longer screws.

Keith/Brian and John were quite pleasant, informative, methodical, detail-oriented, and helpful....and I thank them.
