I wish we could rate Yovani and his team 10 stars. We contacted him to help us prep our home for sale. We originally requested quotes just for drywall, paint and carpet; but as we worked with the team, and found other small projects, we were SO incredibly thankful they were capable of supporting all of the finishing touches. Every step of the way, they were responsive and professional, they kept to the schedule we needed for listing our home, and worked with us to stay in budget. These guys do everything, and take pride in their work with attention to detail. When all was said and done, they did drywall repair, paint, new carpet, new LVT, fresh caulking in bathrooms, an INCREDIBLE job with some external trim that had been plaguing us (a complex bay window obstructed by decking), and hung a new foyer light (2 level, with scaffolding). They always protected surfaces before working and cleaned after their work. Yovani kept in communication throughout the project, always kept to his word, and delivered on a dozen key items. I canâ t say enough nice things. We look forward to recommending them to anyone who needs house prep or handyman work.

Outstanding experience with Dynamic Innovations -- I would highly recommend for any of your home care/remodeling needs. We had hired another contractor to open doorways (drywall work) and paint the entire house -- what a nightmare! Dynamic Innovations came in, fixed the mess from the other contractor and painted the entire house to include baseboards, crown molding, ceilings and doors, in four days!! The house looks like a new home!! The team was very clean and worked very hard -- no sitting around and talking -- their goal was to complete the work to their high quality standards with the least disruption to us. We were so pleased with their professionalism and quality that we plan to hire them to redo our deck later this year. I am very thankful that we found Dynamic Innovations, as I don't think the job would have turned out as well as it did. Once again, I highly recommend not only for quality but for their price -- extremely competitive and worth every penny!!
