At best, the workers showed up three times a week, around 10 am, and left around 2 pm after a lengthy lunch. They explained it was because the traffic on I-95 was so bad, they had to leave after rush hour to come and before rush hour to get back. The job was supposed to take no longer than two weeks and after a month they were not even halfway done. The walk-in shower in the mater bath had to be completely redone after they walked off the job because they had glued tiles to a sheet of plastic on the floor, instead of pouring a concrete base and tiling it. The wall tiles were all crooked because they did not bother to measure or line up anything. They got grout and glue all over the front of master bath's very expensive vanity and it will not come off. They ran pipes through the drawers of the hall bath's vanity because they neglected to plumb for the double sink before installing the vanity. They did not caulk the tub. They did not put a wax ring in when they installed the toilet and it leaked through the ceiling of my kitchen, causing thousands of dollars in damage. They forgot to turn off the water when they were pulling out the tub's faucets and the waterfall they created ran through my kitchen into my basement. I could go on, but you get the idea. When I started pointing out some of the worst mistakes they were making, they picked up their tools and left. I wanted to sue them but they declared bankruptcy... only to go back into business as soon as I could not pursue them legally anymore. Don't hire Walt Miller in any capacity, or his brother Frank.
