Dshane Professional Carpet Care LLC

During our recent move-in, we used commonly available plastic adhesive covering to protect the carpeting.  When the adhesive was removed, the carpet loosened leaving unsightly ripples.  Contacted multiple companies looking for stretching before finally finding Dshane on 11NOV.  Technicians were going to be in the King George area on 15NOV and I scheduled an appointment.  Technicians arrived on time and, after evaluating the job, confirmed they could complete.  I was informed the standard price for a service call was $125 which seemed high for the small job but we needed the job done before hosting guests for Thanksgiving. Technicians quickly got to work and completed the job in under half an hour.  Overall, I was very satisfied with the work.

When I called to make appointment the guy was semi rude. They wouldn't give me an exact time just a several hour window. I had fans available and asked them to turn them on when they were done to dry the carpet, they didn't. My carpet was soaking wet when I got home several hours later. Once it dried I couldnt tell it has been cleaned, no stains came up at all.
