Horrible customer service. Bad work. Lack of follow up. Lack of consideration for the security and privacy of their paying customers.

Love these guys! Andy came out and gave me a price a few days ago. I was concerned because their price was 60% less than one contractor and 25% less than another. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. However, after seeing all of the great reviews online I decided to take a leap of faith and go for it. They showed up on time, were polite and professional, and did a great job! I am so happy with my new driveway, It makes the whole house look better. I only wish I had known about them years ago. A+ customer service and A+ quality. Thanks to Andy and the crew! You're my go to guy should I ever need more work!

Andy and his team came right on time and had the work done in a few hours. I cannot get over how wonderful this new driveway looks. They even took the extra time to clean around the new driveway and rake my gravel turnaround - i cannot recommend them highly enough!

Everyone was great! They were prompt, responsive, and took the time to answer my questions and explain them in detail. They gave recommendations that would increase the function and look of the drive. During the process, they continued to professionally answer my questions and address my concerns. I appreciated their attention to detail and pride in their work and their professionalism while on the job!

They did a poor quality job based on the price. They disregarded the proper grade away from the home. Right after they did the work, I was unhappy with the outcome. They said to do what needed to be done would have cost more. They basically admitted that it wasn't the best resolve, but they were not going to fully remedy it. Their remedy was to scrape off the surface that they had put on. I would never use them again.

During the estimate on Saturday (April 19), I met the estimator who was also going to lead the crew. He walked the driveway with me explaining what they were going to do, how it was going to be laid out, what my next steps were if I accepted the proposal, and if I had any questions. After getting quotes from another recommended company, we decided to go with Driveways By Us.
The crew of five came in on Thursday afternoon (April 24) and completed the driveway in a little over four hours. Each crew member was professional and respectful to our property. During the install, the foreman (estimator) walked me through the steps of the install and asked me a couple times if I liked the way it was laid out and would approve it for them before they installed the 3and quot; layer of asphalt.
As of a this week, we haven't seen any holes or felt any soft spots.

The job went fast and efficient. They explained what they were doing and why.

Michael and Andy Edgerton (note, this is a family owned and operated business) and their crew reconstructed 35 feet of a 150 ft driveway, then put a 2 inch layer of asphalt over the entire driveway. They and quot;bankedand quot; an area where water runoff occurs so that soggy lawn areas will not get copious runoff, and they put an asphalt strip in front of the mailbox to fix an area potholed by the postal service.
Its nice to see true professionals at work, and their product is terrific.

It took over a week for them to return my phone call, but when they did they were out as soon as practicable (avoiding weather delays) and did a very nice job. They did patch areas and blow the driveway clean, but they should have also trimmed the grass back from the driveway sides before putting the sealant on (I now have some black grass near the edges). Overall they did a nice job and although I think $200 was a little high for the work I would still recommend them.

Vendor did a poor job of clearing the driveway and apparently intended to seal over considerable debris. They also said they would apply patching before the sealing, but they just filled voids with more sealant. We rushed to clean the driveway as they started applying sealant. Without our efforts, job would have been rated as very poor. When we asked for the warranty terms, the vendor would not give a time frame, he just said "call me if there is an issue."
