I'd give them A's all the way down the list. Their prices are always very good. I think I've waited for some time but they're pretty good on it. They're very professional. They explain everything to me. They do a great job. I don't think I'd complain about anything. My vehicle was very good when they were finished. I've been using them for five years now.

It went well. This was an insurance claim. When I originally dropped the car off I was told it would take approximately 5 days. Unfortunately, there were more repairs than originally estimated and took longer than expected. Downtown Garage & Auto Body had to wait on the insurance company. My contact person kept me informed through phone calls and emails. I will certainly use them again if I need repairs in the future and will recommend them to others.

Very prompt and courteous. They kept us up to date on progress and it was ready when promised. They also offered to call the Rental Agency to arrange for them to pick me up at the shop. Repair was perfect - can not tell there ever was a problem. Paint is perfect.

It went very well. The reps are extremely courteous and explain the requirements for repair in detail. If the problem is not solved to one's satisfaction, they will grant some leeway on the length of the warranty.

After a distressing accident, we were referred to Downtown Garage and Auto Body for estimates and repair work. The service was fabulous, their people very qualified, technicians well trained, the price was fair, and the work truly excellent. These people are pros and my husband and I highly recommend them for vehicle service, big and small.
