Chris and his staff were professionals at all time. Last year I had scheduled for Donnelly Concrete to do my driveway, however, he was so booked, he had to decline my order. However, I pursue him again, but earlier this year (MARCH), due to the weather. Finally, he was able to schedule me for April 2015, and I was glad. I was very excited, because I read all the reviews and decided that I wanted his company to do my driveway. My driveway and walkway and stoop, was badly damaged and getting worse. Now I can say that I am not the sore eye in the neighbor. Everything is beautiful and I could never be as proud as I am now. He was worth the WAIT!!!!!
SUGGESTION: Make sure you tape or block something around your driveway, once its complete. I did notice several children in the area that wanted to engrave (or whatever they had in mind) on my driveway. I waited at least 6 days before I drove on it, due to having large vehicles, my decision. Smaller cars it may not need to be as long.

Quick response to an email request for a concrete patio estimate. Very upfront and willing to discuss further. Ultimately decided to go with another provider as we also wanted a brick sitting wall on the patio.

Donnelly Concrete provided excellent service with quality work. They did not disturb other portions of the backyard and cleaned up after the job was done. The price was competitive with other bids we obtained and the service was beyond our expectations. We not only would recommend this company for any job, large or small, but will be contracting all future jobs with them.

I had a lot of work done to the exterior of my house this passed summer and the work done by Donnelly Concrete was the best money I spent. I have no complaints, no regrets, and I'd hire them again with confidence.

Saw work Donnelly did in pouring foundation for neighbor's garage, so knew quality of work.
They scheduled our job within 3 weeks of providing bid and had job done within 2 days. Workers were unobtrusive, quick and efficient. I didn't even know they were out there until I happened to look.
A crack in the concrete at the curve developed before the 5 day drying period was done. It was obviously a spot of instability in either the foundation rock and would be likely to crack again with the same treatment as the original. We contacted Donnelly, and they responded within 5 days. They broke up the areas with the curve reinforced the area with rebar to provide stability for the concrete. The area dried and has not recracked.
Removed old asphalt
from pad in front of the garage and driveway, and poured concrete in same
area. Raised pad level to meet garage
floor, Melded concrete level with ramp to house, poured around drain from roof
rain troughs and angled pad to drain water to far side of pad.

Mr. Donnelly is great comes out and gives the estimate and supervises the job and makes sure you are happy with it before the pour. I really can't say enough good things about him. Sticks with his estimate even if he goes over. highly recommend using him.

It went very well. Mr. Donnelly did the estimate himself. His experience in the business helped me (and my neighbor who also had work done the same day) decide the best way to cover the areas in the backyard where nothing would grow. On the day of the pouring, he spent a good part of the day managing the many workers and ensuring that we were happy customers. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and hosing down areas where concrete had spilled. The results are fantastic (for my neighbor as well) and we would recommend this company to all.

First of all their office staff is exceptional, very personable and attentive. They came out very quickly and did a thorough survey. They spoke to my husband and gave us a quote for 4,000 to replace the existing pool deck. However, they said that it didn't really need to be replaced. There is always some settlement around pool decks and the 2 cracks could be easily filled by us. Which is exactly what we decided to do. We have the quote in case it becomes a concern for the new owner, but it actually looks very nice and who know the new owner may want to go in a totally different direction. In this day and age, to have a contractor come out and give you low cost options, when they could have gone for the sale is so refreshing. We will reecommend them to everyone we know

Donnelly was great! Chris Donnelly was very responsive and professional, as was his staff. The patio installation went very smoothly (even with weather delays), and the finished product was great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Mr. Donnelly, the owner, was quick to arrive when contacted to view the site, make measurements and provided a quote shortly thereafter. Due to his schedule, it took close to three weeks to begin work. The crew reported on day one on time and began prepping the site. The returned on time the following day to begin the pour. They were done within 5 hours of arriving.
A downspout and sump pipe had to be daylighted to the back of the yard, since doing so to the front might have compromised the strength of the concrete as the dirt settled. This provided the best result in Mr. Donnelly's opinion. Mr. Donnelly also suggested rounding the corners of the concrete where it flared to meet the road. This would minimize cracking as cars hit the edge.
The flare as described above, did not get implemented. Perhaps this was not communicated properly to the crew. Since it wasn't done automatically, it may not be a standard practice. This does not compromise the quality of the work. A young tree that is close to the excavation had some of its roots damaged. The tree is expected to survive, fortunately.
Damage to the tree was not reported and no attempt was made to bury exposed roots. When I expressed my disappointment, Mr. Donnelly became defensive and seemed incredulous that anyone would complain about a tree. He asked, but did not offer, if I wanted him to buy a tree. I replied in the negative, since I was not sure the tree would die. But, he did not investigate and he offered no guarantees for the tree's future health.
Once work was done, the crew packed up and left. I was left to backfill the edges of the drive and walk. Not a big task, but one of those things that elevate a customer's satisfaction. Nor I did not receive any instructions on the proper and quot;care and feedingand quot; of a newly poured concrete drive and walk. I had to contact them for this information. I would have thought that this would have been automatic.
The crew was courteous and worked hard. I am pleased with the result overall. I would recommend, however, that questions be asked up front and guarantees against unexpected problems be established up front as well.

The overall experience was fine. Mr. Donnelly was very professional and he gave us some nice ideas the only reason why we didn't use him was that he was the most expensive estimate that we had received. Had he come in about middle price range we would have certainly used him. He was on time, courteous and very professional.

We had Donnelly pour a tall retaining wall for a future garage. They are always professional and responsive. We paid a little extra to have them coordinate the inspections ( it was an 8 ft wall). We've used them in the past to pour a 80ft concrete walkway around the house. They do nice work and the cost is reasonable. They also will work with homeowners (we dug out enough dirt with our tractor for them to install the wall, but had them dig the footers). We will use them again to pour the foundation for the new garage.

The entire team (about 5 people) were hard-working and very professional. I gave them an approximation of where to place the sidewalk. They marked it out with their flexible boards and then let me adjust it to my liking. Concrete pouring was done in the morning and then they came back in the afternoon to spray off the top layer (for the exposed aggregate look). They cam eback again after that to put a sealant coat on.
They did warn us that the concrete truck could damage our asphalt driveway by leaving indentations from the weight. However, on the day of the installation, they parked the truck at the top of our 400 foot driveway and used wheel barrows to bring down the concrete. I didn't ask them to do it, and it made it a lot more work for them. But, it saved us from having any driveway repairs.
The finished product turned out great. I'm very pleased with the quality.
