After calling several big companies to see about putting some fascia back up that blew down from a storm a friend referred me to Dennis (the 3 larger places either turned down my request or told me it would be 2 months before I could get an estimate). I called Dennis on a Friday and he was out of town for the long weekend but said he would call me when he returned, and he did. He set up a time the following Tuesday that worked for me, him and his helper showed up, took care of the problem and also spent time adding more nails on the rest of the existing fascia to ensure that part would stay up moving forward. He was a nice down to earth guy and extremely helpful!

,The best experience I have had with anyone in over 30 years of renovating several homes. Dennis and Tim showed the utmost Professionalism in every area. From the original estimate, which was broken down and calculated to the dollar and cents.. No guessing and nothing hidden...Exceptional punctuality from day one on the job. Driving from Fredericksburg to Kilmarnock every day and arriving at 7:00 AM and working right through til time to leave and right back the same time the next morning.

Their creativity on the job was amazing to watch. Ours is a 1910 Farmhouse with large front porch with large columns and Corinthian Capitals, making wrapping a challenge. The onsite ingenuity and finished result was amazing, looking like and quot;crown mouldingand quot; all around the perimeter.

We had several items unrelated to this job, including installing large door for a pump house, also done with the same excellence shown throughout. Each day before leaving, everything was picked up, ladders etc. stored safely.

Not only did they provide the Absolute Best Work I have seen, but we became friends as well. Not the usual occurrence!

The cost was well in line with job performed and much less than one estimate in which and quot;time and materialsand quot; was suggested, and in my experience that payment method is extremely costly, with no ability to determine final cost...

I would highly recommend Dennis on every level...You won't find better!

He was excellent. They were prompt, they had an excellent price an the work was done right.

I called Dennis on Monday 4/8/13, a long with several other company's listed on Angie's list, for estimates. I received 2 overpriced estimates over the phone with neither company having much intrest coming out to look out the job and 2 that never called back.Dennis not only called me back that same Monday he came out after he finished a full day of work to look at the job and told me he would call me the next day with the estimate. I had already look online the cost of replacement shutters so I would know the wholesale cost in order to compair pricing. Dennis called me on Tue. with a very reasonable bid and said he could get them order and have them up buy Thur.
As promised Dennis and his partner came over Thur. afternoon and got the new shutters up and they look great!!!!!!
I know this was a small job and that is probably why some of the other company's didn't want to take the time to do the job but not Dennis and his partner and for that they will get any work I have in the furture and I will tell everyone I know about them!!!!

Absolutely Fantastic Work! Our neighbor knew we were seeking appraisals for the remodel project on our house. He quickly suggested that we call Dennis as he was extremely satisfied with repairs (and the price) to his daughter's house. I did visit the house to see their work. Impressive! The estimate on our home was nearly half compared to Paramount Builders. Dennis and Tim are personable and have high standards for their work. They think and work as a team. If it wasn't raining they were always here working on the home. They made suggestions to eliminate an eyesore flood light and electric receptacle, relocating their position on the home. Several additional receptacles and a water facet were also relocated for better ease to use, and which detracted from the home appearance. For a difficult arch over our front door, just under the soffit, they even made two prototypes for us to choose from on how they can finish the arch. On any matter for choice or preference Dennis always inquired to what we desired. Incredible work ethic; they remodeled as if the house were their own. The work on the dormers is very defined and make the house stand out. We were excited by the transformation of each day. The smallest, yet visible details to their craftsmanship is impressive; Dennis bends and cuts on the wrap are clean and always precise, and Tim's nails are evenly spaced and inline. The siding, soffit, trim, gables, and shutters are beautiful. With the return of unused materials, the final cost for siding was lower than originally estimated. Our house now has curb appeal and we are extremely happy with work from Dennis and Tim. We plan to call them again for future projects and highly recommend to everyone.

Dennis and crew did an outstanding job. The county inspector said they had not seen such a beautiful job in a long time.

They did a great job. They were very conscientious and took pride in doing an outstanding job-which they did. They worked weekends. They called me and sent photos if they didn't think I was going to be happy with how a certain trim profile looked. They were enthusiastic about trying new things. The price might seem expensive for siding installation but we have expensive and intricate trimwork. The workmanship was worth every penny.
