Danielson Well

This is a top notch and very respectable company. Very easy to work with, and extremely timely. I was most pleased with the professional results. I strongly recommend this well drilling company to anyone. .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHIMG RELATED TO YOUR WELL They showed up unprepared. Inspector had no paperwork and thus no idea where the active well was located on the property. Inspector refused to make an attempt to find the active well and sat on the front porch saying "it's not my job" regarding looking for the active well. One call to the health department revealed the location of the active well, but the inspector was already headed to his truck to leave. Active well located 5 minutes after he piled out of the driveway. A phone call to the owner was met with a surprising lack of professionalism and belligerence. I'm completely unaware of other well service companies in this area, but I'll take my chance with any of them over this company.

We woke up on a Sunday morning to no water. We called ANOTHER EMERGENCY Well and Pump company who sent out a crew 2 hours later. They pulled up some of the well, decided the pump was dead and said they'd be back the next day with a crane/heavy equipment and a $6000.00 bill. We (desperately) agreed. Just before that crew was set to arrive, I thought it would be worthwhile for me to call around to a few other and quot;Well and Pumpand quot; companies to be sure these guys were on target with service/cost. I spoke with 3 other companies before I talked to the owner of Danielson Well in Fredericksburg, VA. I knew within just a few minutes of speaking with him that I wanted HIS company to work on my well. I immediately cancelled the first company - who was already in route to my house. Within a few hours Danielson Well came to my home and in minutes determined that my well was perfectly fine - only the and quot;resetand quot; button the main box in the basement needed to be pressed. These guys were confident, knowledgeable and all of that with a smile and kindness that honestly made me a customer for life. I am so thankful for Danielson Well and have told all of my neighbors to use no one else!
