Room was finished but with many problems that still have not been fixed after a year and a half of calling and requesting him to complete the job. Room was not done to code and he did not have it inspected.

Great job, professional, punctual.

When I contacted David, he was responsive, very professional and knowledgeable. He also had great suggestions!!
Although, I wasn't present when he completed the project I took pictures and sent them to David to show some areas of concern but I have yet to get a response. During the initial walk thru explained to David that I am very meticulous and typically see things that others would not notice. He stated he understood and he was was the same way. Overall, I the experience was pleasant but there were a few areas I wasn't happy with.
The project tasks were:

1. ~Remove old caulk and replace with new caulk in Master Bath shower
2. They missed one corner of the shower caulking. This was corrected on day two. But what I noticed on Day one all the old caulking was left on the floor of the shower. I assumed his crew would remove debris when they returned.

1. ~Prep Master Bath walls for painting: Patch and Sand
2. The walls were damaged due to wallpaper removal on my part, but David's crew did a great job with the Spackle and sanding. Day Two his crew sanded. My issue his crew never removed the debris from sanding. I had piles of dust to clean up in the bathroom.
3. ~Repair two cracks on the Master Bedroom wall
4. These areas were Spackled but never sanded. In fact they left a seam in the Spackle longer than the original crack they were covering. This issue was brought to David attention after day two but I have yet to
   receive a response!!
   ~Remove old caulk around Half bath toilet and replace with new caulk
5. No complaints and they removed the old caulk!

~Paint Foyer walls, doors and trim

1. They did a good job on the walls but there were some areas on the trim that were missed. I just went just painted the trim myself. There was paint on the carpet where the carpet and the trim meet on the steps. There were several steps that had paint on the carpet. I tried to get remove the paint myself but figured it would come up with I had the carpets cleaned professionally. Well the carpet was cleaned and the paint is still there!!

Also, I would like to note this project was over a two day period (non consecutive). David was upfront about his schedule and from what I saw he had a very busy schedule for the next few months. I appreciate David working me into his schedule and I don't think the issues that took place, were due to his busy schedule. I think the issues were a matter of inspecting and follow up after his crew finished the job. What I didn't appreciate was the fact that Davids crew did not clean up when they finished working. In addition to the debris left from sanding and the old caulking they left there beverage bottles on the floor in the Master Bath. As mentioned Dave was responsive in the beginning and during the project but at the end when I presented the issues I received no response or follow up

David was professional, responsive and punctual. He gave a fair estimate and even reduced the final cost following the completion of the work because it took less time than expected.

Steps are not straight, go at an angle and considered structurally not sound according to Stafford County inspections. We called Mr. Ransom, he came out look and said he would get back with us. We never heard from him again. Several phone calls were made but he did not return any calls. The steps have to be torn apart and redone. Not happy.

Everything went well and I explained everything above.

We called for an estimate and Dave came by to provide as promised. Windows had to be custom ordered. Installation of windows and repairs completed as soon as windows were delivered.

We showed Dave the area where we wanted the bathroom finished. He saw the area and even pointed out to us where the sink, toilet and shower would be. I felt that there was no way that all that would fit in what I thought was a small room. Dave also had to put up walls and add the flooring. He assured us it will look very nice.
My husband and I have busy schedules that Dave worked around. Once we were available he worked from morning til evening. Each day produced good results. He even had to extend the pipe in the floor for the type of shower we wanted.
The bathroom is very nice, from the walls to the flooring, hardware and bathroom items (sink, toilet and shower). The room is much larger than I thought. My husband and I are very satisfied with his work.

The two gentlemen showed up on time and proceeded to work, clean, weed and mulch our front yard (which has desperately needed care since we moved here 7 years ago!). They were polite, left a tidy yard, hauled away all the bushes and weeds and followed their agreement as previously decided upon. Their prices were quite reasonable and we plan on using them again in the spring.

I talked to Dave and went over what I thought needed to be done to get a property ready to rent. We scheduled a walk through of the property and he was on time. He talked to me about options at the property to save money and gave me lots of information to think about including the pros and cons of various carpet and flooring grades. He had a detailed estimate and target finish date ready for me the next day. He started every day on time and I met with him mid-project. I was impressed with his work ethic and his pride in his work. He made me feel like the property was his top priority and that he was working in my best interests. I had gotten estimates from 2 other compaines prior to meeting with Dave; but, felt he was the most direct and honest of the three. He finished on time and I was amazed at the difference during the final walk-through. Not only does he do quality work but he is also a very nice guy. I will definitely call him again for any future projects at my own home or at the rental property.
