Courtney Decors

Steve Courtney is a friend who does interior painting.  We just re-did our kitchen and are getting new floors in the rest of the home and wanted much of our interior (Kitchen, Morning room, family Room, foyers, and stairwells) painted between the the time the kitchen was done and the floors were started.  Steve was able to come out and paint the week of March 24-28, for about 4 hours each day.  We chose the paint color and purchased the paint.  We used tinted Kilz 2 primer for the first coat and Behr Premium Satin for the top coat.    Steve did the two coats in a room or two each day.  He was neat and cut good lines and the application is uniform and smooth, properly prepping the walls throughout.  He charged an hourly rate $35/hour and worked efficiently, completing with 26 hours of work.  
I recommend him if you live in Prince William, Stafford or Fredericksburg area.
