HORRIBLE!
Reason being is I received an email confirmation that 2 of 4 tires have arrived at store #340 on Thurs (10/30) so I called that day to inquire about the other two tires as instructed by the email if you did not receive all four. I called several times on 10/30 and just rang and rang, no voice mail, and at times went to a loud beeping audible tone. To no avail I gave up after 5 attempts to make contact with them. Friday comes around and I received an additional email stating that 2 of 4 tires have arrived at a store #340 and to call if you did not receive all four. So I called again on Friday (10/31) and once again same experience and this time around I was hung up on several times and was placed on hold for 6 minutes, which at that point I hung up and called back yet again. I made contact with the representative again and he wanted to place me on hold again and I asked for how long and I explained my issues up to that point. He stated, and quot;It would be 2-3 minutes because they are dealing with customers at the moment.and quot; I refused to be placed on hold and ask him if he was the only one working and he stated, and quot;No its just me (Nathan) and Adam working right now, sorry.and quot; So I emailed Costco corporate via email last night (10/31) explaining my frustration as a new member and haven't received a word from them (HQ).
So me, rationalizing in my head why I am receiving this level of service I thought I would call again today (Sat. 11/1) thinking there might be a difference of customer service from the weekday or night crew than the weekend day crew. To no avail still no answer and never made contact with anyone. Therefore, I cancelled my order this morning and took my tire business to Sears, which I had a pleasant experience and actually spoke to someone who wanted my business

They were accommodating. I go back, have my tires checked, and they have done an excellent job with that. Their price was competitive. I really had a good experience.
