About us

Colonial Painting & Home Enhancement, LLC. is a family-owned and operated company based in Fredericksburg, VA. The owner, Kevin C. Holley, grew up around real estate, and spent many childhood days with his father renovating investment properties. Kevin was a Realtor for 10 years, so he is very knowledgeable when working with agents and investors as far as what enhancements should be done to showcase a home in its best light and get the most bang for the buck!

We specialize in interior and exterior painting, and drywall repair and installation. Customers include homeowners, business professionals, deck and fence staining, interior trim work, light carpentry, plaster repair, pressure washing, property management companies and insurance claims.

Kevin is great to work with and very accommodating that we needed to keep our eight person office open and working as much as possible. His staff was great and very meticulous about the painting and putting everything back together for us. The whole project was a 10. Top recommendations!

He also does exterior painting, pressure washing, deck staining and plaster repairs. Things are going great. He is very professional and timely. He is very clean and conscious of my personal items. He has given me good advice. I did pick out my own paint colors and do prefer a certain brand of paint and he is accommodating to that. He is flexible with his schedule and was prompt in coming out for the estimate. His pricing seems fair as well. He is very personable and has been accommodating to my add-ons which is above and beyond. He came out and estimated the work and between the time of the estimate and when he showed up, I found more things I wanted done. And since he's been here we have found more things I wanted done. He has let me know what the extra cost will be and we are on the same page with everything.
