We are renovating an unfinished basement in our home. We definately wanted a licensed electrician for the job, and did not want to just call a random company from the yellow pages (we have been burned before). We did not know of any but a friend recommended Chancellor Electric. The owner came out within a day of me calling and asking for an estimate. I received the written estimate that evening with all of their credentials (license #, etc) listed. We were not quite ready for that stage of construction yet, so about 4 months passed before I called him back. He was able to fit me in that very week. He was very polite, very professional and very neat and tidy. Most importantly - he stuck to the estimate - no "unexpected charges" occured, except for changes that I asked for, in fact, I don't think he even charged me for all of the changes that I requested! I would highly recommend this company for any electrical work you need!
Description of Work: Full renovation of unfinished basement - all wiring for lights, and outlets needed.
