The installation went well and I thought everything was fine until bubbles came up in the sink next to the sink I was using every time I did the dishes. The installation was incorrect. I called the company to have someone come out to correct it and no one ever came out, or even called me back. I have since hired another plumbing company to do other plumbing work, and they were able to correct the problem, for a fee of course, and am now satisfied. Certified plumbing was very nice, and professional, but did not respond to my problem at all. The administration person stated she would have someone get back to me and that was the last I heard from them. I admit I did not continue to call. I did call two times. I lived with it until I had other plumbing work done recently and my new plumbing contractor, which I will use again, corrected the problem immediately.
The gas line and shut off valve seem to be ok. I did have the other plumber check it just in case.

The actual repair was a little out of the plumbing line, but the drier was not drying properly and we thought their was a slight odor of gas. We have used this plumber several times starting with replacing all the leak prone pipes when we bought the house. So rather than call a appliance repair person who might have checked for a gas leak but would not have been licensed to fix a gas leak, we called Joe and asked him to do the whole job. (It probably cost us more per hour to have a plumber do the work, but at least we would only have one service call to pay.) As always Certified was prompt and efficient and we are please with the work.

I called them and they were able to come out the same day. They repaired the leak in the washer machine attachment. They were honest, upfront, and gave me a very comprehensive estimate for the work we wanted done. When they did the quick fix, they worked with me on the price. They did what I wanted, which was a quick fix. We were going to be moving things around in that room. He was able to discount the price a bit because it didn't take him long and didn't cost them supplies. They were professional and really seemed to know what they were doing. I definitely got the value for my money. He was willing to work with me. They were quick, efficient, the job was done right, and it held. They were quick with coming back. They were on time. They were very much on top of things.

The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, they were extremely skilled and professional, they cleaned up completely after some rather intensive work in the basement and suggested several things to keep costs down. They hunted down some obscure replacement parts, which saved some major replacement work, and even assisted the cable installer in running a wire through an existing conduit outside. Couldn't be happier, will definitely call them in the future.
