As a first time home buyer, I had a lot to learn. Maggie was very good at explaining the home-buying process in a way that was easy for me to understand and made me more comfortable with my investment. I highly recommend her!

I am a young, single woman, totally clueless and helpless in the search for my first home. Maggie is professional, personable, and so very dedicated to her work. Clearly, she loves her job. She went above and beyond to keep me informed of the market and my options; I had a limited price range and high expectations, so that was no small task. She was patient, kept me motivated, and surely she found me the perfect home. I really had no idea how to negotiate when making an offer, but Maggie knew exactly what she was doing and got me a great price - $$ below market value – with everything I wanted in the contract. She never stopped advocating for me, including the items on the home inspection contingency, my financing, and eventually some drama with an Undisclosed Deed of Trust. Whenever anything came up, Maggie notified me immediately and explained what it meant, how it might affect closing, and what I could do about it. She answered more than one frantic phone call with calm, well informed answers, taking the time to explain to me whatever item had me worried. I have recommended her more than once already and will continue to do so. I would have been lost without her in the home buying process and truly could not be happier with the service she provided.

We were in the market for a home and had stop by a home we were interested in. We had requested a broker from another company (remax) but they never returned our requests or called us. As we were looking Robin saw us looking at the home and went out of his way to stop by on his day off to just see if we wanted to look inside. We decided this wasnt the house for us but after talking to Robin decided that he was the agent for us. He went out of his way to help us with the process and as first time home buyers this was a scary and overwhelming process he made easy. He was always available to answer questions and provided quick and accurate feedback to all of our requests. He explained the entire process step by step and gave us tips on how to avoid pitfalls along the way. He assured us when we were unsure and helped us work through the few bumps we had. We are now living in our first home becuase he took the time to stop by and say hello and ask if we needed help. Robin is a first rate professional and I would recommend him anyday.
