This ordeal with her has been a nightmare from our first meeting when she left her tape measure and cameral at our home for weeks. She clearly does not have the education , experience or dedication to practice as a draftswoman.
Note: Draftsmen are not required to be licensed . !!!!!!!!!!
"[Member name removed]'s review of my work is completely one sided. I worked primarily with [member name removed] who initially represented himself to me as having been a former builder. It soon became apparent that he knew nothing about building. He continually changed his mind about the design which added to the amount of time required to complete the plans. He also wanted me to provide information about engineering that I am not licensed to provide. We did the final revisions of the design together in my office at my computer. This is something that I never do but I needed this job done! He assured me that everything was as he wanted it. Aside from our initial meeting I only saw [member name removed] once or twice. Additionally, at our initial meeting they provided my with drawings done previously by two local architects and expressed their dissatisfaction with both of them. I soon learned why.... In closing let me say that I have been in business for twenty years and [member name removed]'s negative review is the only one that I am aware of."
