Description of Work: Provided closing on a refinance for a home mortage. As a part of the service the company was suppose to pay real estate, but made a mistake and sent the check back to us and said it was already paid. But the real estate taxes were never paid. So, we were charged a late fee. At first they said that it was our mortgage company's fault that it was not paid when clearly the closing documentation indicated the title company received and was suppose to pay the real estate taxes. I am still trying to get them to pay the late fees that I incurred because of their errol.
