I called and Ben arrived promptly either the same day or the following day and provided a free estimate.
He then scheduled the work to be done within a day or two and completed the work as scheduled.
He also noticed a loose handrail in the house and repaired that as well.

I called Ben and he came out the next day to give me an estimate.
He came the following day to start the job and finished the following day. (He had to wait a day to let the joint compound dry).
