Window Service
He text me and asked me if I was home, I told him that I needed his quote before I could write him a check. He came by twice, first time Sunday which was scheduled, and last night about 8pm which was unscheduled and he just showed up which I didn't open the door. It feels like I'm being harassed at this time. He still has not provided a written quote which he said he will charge me $50.
