+ -1 moreCalled B & C after a friend of mine recommended them (B & C Had been servicing his neighbor's HVAC for about 30 years & recommended.) Service call was scheduled within a few days. The owner examined the system and found a leaky coil and bad compressor in heat pump. He answered all my questions(and I had many) and provided me with a couple of options. He was able to install a new heat pump for just about the cost of a new compressor. Install was scheduled within 3-4 days and install took about half a day to complete. Everything went smoothly and owner even came back in about 6 weeks to make sure there was enough refrigerant in the unit once outside temperatures reached 85-90 degrees. I trust B & C-very honest and recommend without reservation.
Description of Work: Replaced heat pump and leaky coil in air handler. B & C's owner, who performs his own work did a great job--a stickler and very passionate about his trade. Air conditioning & heat works great! During install, owner noticed that another contractor had blown insulation in my home's attic soffits(I had no idea-work had been done about one year prior.) Most importantly, he found a dangerous leak in my home's exterior gas line, which was fixed right away after an emergency call to the utility company.
