Description of Work: Had the windshield of my 2007 CRV replaced. Had an 11am appt., at their shop. Giving a B for punctuality as they did not take my car into the shop until well after 11:30. I was asked to view all the various nicks and scratches and sign off. No sooner had I sat down to wait when I was called back again to view the replacement windshield. It was defective. However not sure when or if I would have noticed the defect if they would have gone through with the installation. The technicians were very apologetic and explained that yes, they probably could have gotten away with installing it but that was not how their business operates. Spoke with the very nice ladies in the front office and set up an appointment for later that day as they would have a new windshield delivered. Was half way there when I got a phone call that the delivery truck was in an accident on 95 - the weather was rather horrific that day! Again, they were very apologetic and offered to have an in home technician come the following day at no additional charge. The new windshield was installed early the following day and the technician did a wonderful job.

+ -1 moreThey gave me a quote on the phone that was a lot lower than other shops. They booked me an appointment right away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They finished the job in less than an hour while I waited. They replaced the registration stickers on my new windshield and put my military stickers on tape since they could not be transferred. Great work, great price.
Description of Work: Replaced the windshield on my dodge Ram van.

+ -1 moreAuto Glass Now is a terrible company to attempt to do business with. Shady business practices, poor customer service, and misleading their customers just to name a few. Today was my first and last experience with this company. I was quoted that a window repair tech would be at my home between 8a-10am. The tech called me just before 10 to say that he would not be to my house until around noon. Noon came and went without so much as a phone call. By 3pm we called to cancel the appointment, only to then be told that service hours are between 8am-5pm. I guess they think their company is worth waiting around all day for. Guess again. Word of mouth spreads fast, and these guys can rest assured that my entire neighborhood will hear about how crappy this company is. I wasn't even rewarded with a simple apology for the inconvenience they caused me. If they would have quoted me 8a-5pm from the get-go, I would have never attempted to do business with this company, in the end, saving headache for myself and this negative review. This company needs to get it together, be upfront and honest, and if they quote a time, they better be there. It wasn't until after I took a deeper look at this company that it appears they recently changed their name. That should have been my first red flag.
Description of Work: Nothing! The provider was supposed to repair/replace the cracked windshield on my car, which is a pretty important item to take care of.
