Outstanding! They called me that very evening and were at the house promptly the next day. Gentleman doing work was a true pro that knew his job inside and out. Very professional and courteous. The owner even came by to help and check on things. Price was fantastic compared to regular prices, and work done immediately. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing services.

Atlantic Green did an excellent job repairing my shower faucet. It turned out to be somewhat challenging but the plumber was very competent and was able to get the job done in short order. He was friendly and professional. The cost was reasonable and in line with the job. I believe they are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

Called requesting a technician to look at my water heater which had a small amount of soot around access panel and was also in need of a new foot in the base. Thought they may be related. Technician came quickly but from there of little help. He called his supervisor or someone else for advice twice. Never looked at the burner, didn’t check the power vent, said he couldn’t put a new foot on. Ended up giving me a $2600 estimate for a new heater. I paid $189 for the 10 minutes of non advice and began to YouTube my issue, should have done it before I called.

Let me start by saying plumbers are expensive! Having said that, they are extremely responsive, efficient and professional. When our sump went out late on Christmas Eve flooding the ENTIRE basement, I called every plumber I could find and they were the ONLY ones to get back to me even though other companies said they would call back. They came out at 11 that night and replaced my sump. Jessy in their office is very nice and they give a good estimate right up front so you know what to expect. For jobs that no kidding require a plumber (vs a handyman) I will definitely use them.

fast, clean and very professional

Came to my house to provide a free estimate on replacing a sewer line after another company said I had a collapsed line.  He not only showed me that I didn't have a collapsed sewer line, but recommended that I immediately contact the county sewer deparment to have them check so it may save me thousands of dollars.  He showed me where the sewer line was in the yard and also recommended that I have the line jetted.  Raegan was very professional and I will always recommend Atlantic Green for all plumbing services.

Theresa and Monica provided outstanding on-going customer support from the moment I first contacted Atlantic Green and neglected to include my phone number.  They kept me constantly informed about the status of my request for an estimate and were always available and able to field any questions or concerns I had - all I EVER had to do was pick up the phone and ask.
When a larger company with more extensive equipment assets was able to out-bid Atlantic Green by a significant amount, I called to explain and Theresa put my call right through to Reagan.  I explained the situation and told Reagan that there was so much difference in the two estimates that I wouldn't even ask him to match his competitor's price.  Reagan agreed and spoke very highly of the other company and its owner/operator.  Regan thanked me for the opportunity to bid on my work, he assured me that I would be getting a quality job from his competitor and simply asked that I keep Atlantic Green in mind for any future plumbing or electrical work at my home.
At my request, my call was transferred back to Theresa and I asked her to move all my personal information to her permanent customer data base so that I would be on their mailing list and could easily call them for any future work.  I also asked for a few business cards to share with close friends and neighbors - true to form, Theresa got them to me by return mail.
All good folks at Atlantic Green strive to provide top notch customer service and they walk the walk every day.   I will come back to them for all my future routine plumbing needs because of  their outstanding customer service - they treat their customers like members of their families and deal with their needs as their own!!!

The plumber assured me that he would find out how to properly add a new drain line to the existing ejector pump and then give me an estimate. He also stated that a new one may be needed. He described how he thought it should be done. Then spent the rest of the time talking to me about my stove vent, new smoke and CO detectors, etc. I never got an estimate or a phone call.

They started in the morning and by evening I was able to use my sewer.  The next day  they had it inspected and completed.  I was inconvenienced  very minimally.  Actually I was able to shower and use the bathrooms on the same day.  I would highly recommend this group.  The technicians were very pleasant, accommodating, prompt and professional.  I was very pleased.  I would definitely use them again.
