The staff at AllerGenie were extremely prompt, honest, and knowledgeable and went out of their way to answer all of my questions and fully explain the process prior to starting. They honored their estimates and did not attempt to pressure me into any additional services. They always arrived on-time and provided a report of what was completed at the end of each day. They were 100% trust-worthy and I felt comfortable leaving for work while they performed their clean-up service. Out of all of the clean-up services I contacted, the staff at AllerGenie seemed to be the most knowledgeable and honest in addition to having the most competitive price. In addition to the clean-up, they performed a whole-house mold inspection, providing a detailed report of areas to watch and methods to mitigate mold if I do see some in the future. I will certainly recommend AllerGenie to my friends, family, and neighbors.
