All Glass

Technicians came and made the necessary measurement. The company informed us of when they would return to install the new shower. They returned on the day that they had specified and did an excellent job installing the shower enclosure (glass). The new shower was created to the highest quality standards and looks fantastic.

They called immediately after I placed my request and scheduled to come out within a few day.  The gentleman who came to measure also helped me the last time when I had some glass panes replaced.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  The glass took a little time to order, but once it was here, the installation happened quickly.  The two gentlemen came, and handled it quickly and professionally.  They suggested I allow time for the sealant to set.  The door looks lovely and we are, once again, able to use this shower.  I would definitely use All Glass again and highly recommend them.  They may not be the cheapest, but they are the nicest to work with!

They quoted a very fair price--requiring a 50% deposit on agreement, and 50% on completion. They were prompt, thorough, courteous, and professional in all phases of removal, installation, and cleanup. They showed up when they said they would, and despite hitting an unforeseeable structural problem, were able to have the entire project completed in a day, as planned. I'm extremely pleased with the finished project, and would offer them an unqualified recommendation

Ed and his colleague worked in unison to professionally install 2 glass enclosures with glass entry doors for my newly constructed tiled shower stalls. It was a pleasure to work with guys who are born here and communicate in the English language. They did an outstanding job and did not cut corners. They stayed as long as it took to complete the job curing the construction imperfections to get it done.

They were good. They fixed the window and the quality was great. We have since moved form that home so we don't know how it has held up. It was around $300, but they had to cut it so I felt the price was reasonable. They didn't relay some important information to us. They were looking for a down payment so it wasn't the smoothest transaction. This lack of information delayed the work getting done because we had to call them because we hadn't heard from them after they cut the glass.

It turned out very good. They were able to match it well. We were pleased we didn't have to replace the whole window. Their responsiveness was great!

They ordered a bathtub enclosure instead of a shower door. So, after already waiting for 3 to 4 weeks, I had to wait an additional 2 to 3 weeks for the correct door to be shipped. I asked what they were going to do to accomodate the mistake they made and they said nothing. I was without a shower enclosure and asked them to put the old one back up and they said they could not. They already demolished it.

They took out the money and never did the work. They refunded everything but the fee, since they did the work. They were rude and obnoxious, and not accomodating. They kept my credit card on file and charged it even though I told them I would not pay for it. They waited 60 days before taking out the money so that I could not go to the bank and get them to put a stop payment on the charge. My bank stated that I could go through the fraud/abuse department to try and get it back.

I would tell everyone to stay away from this company, and not recommend them. Stay away from this company!

After the install I notified them that one of the mirrors was warped (thus the reflection is distorted). They offered to come back and look at it but never did despite my repeated contacts to them.

They are very respectful and conscious of their work area. They make sure to call each step of the way, and always making sure that we were aware of the process.
