The previous renters trashed a carpet and they came in and cleaned it all up, but the stains were there still. Then, my new renter came in and he worked it over thoroughly and got some of those stains out. The overall quality of the work was okay. But they just didn't do the specific thing that really needed doing. If there was unstained carpets they did fine overall but then on the stains they did poorly.

We had four large rugs cleaned: two wool, one woven and one needlepoint. All look great. One of the wool rugs is old. We have it in our den which gets heavy traffic from people and pets. It had many stains and looked old beyond repair. I thought cleaning would help me get a little more time out of it. I was astounded when I saw it - it looks brand new. Action was able to remove all the stains (previous cleaners could not.) My woven rug is brighter than when it was new.
It was easy to schedule pick up and delivery times. Action called to confirm the day before. Everyone was professional and friendly. We are very happy with the results and will use them again.

They called the day before to confirm the appointment. They called to let me know they were ahead of schedule if I wanted them to start 30 minutes early and then were very professional about clarifying exactly what I wanted. They hung my area rug to dry on the line outside and finished in a timely manner. This was the third time I've used this company and I haven't been disappointed yet.

We have a rug in our TV room that is light gray Berber and had wine as well as a variety of other stains on it. My husband suggested we replace it but I thought we should try cleaning it. I called Action Carpet, left a message and receive a quick response from a very pleasant woman who gave me an estimate and scheduled a cleaning at my convenience 2 days later. and quot;Slyand quot; cleaned this carpet as well as off-white wall to wall on stairs and upstairs hall (it was VERY dirty!). He completed the job in less than 2 hours and the rugs look brand new! Not a trace of wine stains. Great job Sly!

I am a licensed Realtor; I had a townhouse that needed the carpets cleaned and a new tenant that was moving as soon as possible. I called several companies but Action cleaners was the only one that can accomodate my schedule. They showed up on time did the job right; cleaned the townhouse and he was profesional and courteous. Will definitely recommed their services to all my colleagues.

He arrived right on time and after looking at the area I wanted cleaned he advised that the estimate I was given over the phone was not correct (it was too low), but that they would honor it and still include the steps as I was told on the phone. He was very friendly, but professional and got the job done efficiently. He offered to move the sofa that we had left in the room from 1 side to the other to clean under it (I didn't take him up on that offer because it never moves so I wasn't worried about cleaning under it). In the end, the house smelled great and the carpet looks almost new!

Very well. Two Action Carpet workers arrived on time and had the carpet in the two rooms steam cleaned in a little under an hour. The carpet is Shaw sculpted, and it looks great. There was no water left in the carpet, it was damp to the touch (as it is expected to be) and dried completely within a day and a half. This was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. The two hall runners and small rug were returned clean, dry and neatly rolled up and wrapped in paper.

I was moving from my previous address to a new one and had to have the rugs shampooed before our walkthrough. I placed a call and requested that we have our rugs cleaned. They asked about how big the house was (it's 2 bedrooms, two hallways, a living room and smaller closet area), and gave me an appointment. They also called me about 1-2 days before the appointment, just as a reminder that they were scheduled. The gentleman who cleaned the rugs was prompt and got ALL of the stains out (we had a lot in the living room). He was prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The entire job was handled with professionalism and great courtesy. They were willing to help us with anything that needed to be moved. They are very polite and courteous. An absolutely flawless transaction!!
