 Job was supposed to begin in 2 weeks and be completed in a month.  It took 13 months. Cost escaladed over contract price. Some of this was due to code requirements not included in contract.  A contractor should know the code for a job he quotes. Everytime we contacted him, there were excuses and a promise to begin in 2 weeks.  In the end he wanted additional money to complete the skirting.  We said NO, enough was enough.
