Absolute Security Inc

When I sold my home in August of 2013 I was advised that there was still one year remaining on my current contract and was charged $330 plus dollars to cancel my service. I was informed that when I reached my new home and established new ADT service I would receive a refund  or credit of that amount provided I reconnected within 2 yrs. I moved into my new home 3 months later. I  established service with ADT and found out that they, Absolute Security, are no longer endorsed by ADT and each time I try to get my account credit NO ONE answers at Absolute security and no way to leave a message.  Each time  I call  ADT they  cannot access my previous account citing difficulties with the previous account site. I am disappointed that Absolute Security and ADT  have not worked better to address their clients needs. I hired ADT and their contract employees should be accountable for this error.  I am now dealing with ADT corporate office who in  less than 10 days has double charged my account for an amount they cannot figure out what its for, cashed my installation check which is the only thing they have done right so far,  and still cant get my refund In place from Absolute. I shudder to think what type of dispatch service I will get if there is a real emergency at my residence if they cant even handle billing professionally. I DO NOT recommend Absolute Security and may have to throw the towel in for ADT should this matter not resolve itself within the next few days.
