Kevin was great. He explained many things regarding the house, that we were not aware. The house was vacant, so we would not have known any way of finding these things out. He went around the house to point out additional features and how things work. He pointed out items of interest, and so many things we were not even looking for. I found him on the ASHI (home inspection licensing/accreditation agency), so I knew to trust his skill. But all the additional information he provided was invaluable.
