911 Restorations

The 2 upstairs bathrooms had water and mold damage and 911 Restorations brought in a crew of 5 to tear out the floors and equipment in the bathrooms. They took some of the trash but left a bathtub that broke when pulled out in the backyard. Also put a toilet wrapped loosely in plastic in the garage until they were ready to reinstall it. However it made the garage smell. They were NEVER on time, any day. Was supposed to come at 9 and showed up 10:15 or 10:30 for the 5 days they worked. There were usually a team leader and 1 other tech but on the day for the bathrooms to be ripped out there was a team of 5. On this day, money was missing from the master bedroom. I made a police report and spoke with the team leader and the owner of the company, Richard Snyder. He originally stated that he needed to investigate and would be in touch in a few days. After giving him many days I called and got his voice mail which was full and not able to leave a message, this happened twice. I spoke with him this morning and he stated that they werw not going to reimburse me for the stolen money because there was no proof that his workers stole it and not my daughter or her friend that live with me. As a business owner myself ,all businesses have insurance to cover things like this. But he refused. Very unprofessional and rude.
