Penny was the only agent we had the pleasure of working with at 1st Choice Better Homes and Land. Penny made the entire experience easy (and fun). Penny celebrated with us and encouraged us when we hit bumps along the way.  Penny mentioned to us on our initial meeting, that she is a communicator--and tries to respond to all communication within 2 hours of us reaching out to her (barring over night, of course). She held true to that statement, which took all the worrying and "did she get my message" out of the equation.

We found Lynn Lenahan through a coworker and have been spoiled ever since. Lynn really knows her stuff and works very hard for her clients. When buying, she listens very carefully to what you are looking for and asks lots of questions to make sure she got it right. Then she finds the best possible matches so you don't waste your time on a bunch of houses you don't want. When in the house, she gives just the right amount of space. She doesn't say much as you look around, but does point out non-obvious features and asks questions about your reactions so she can find a better house if you don't like the current one. Her contacts with closing companies are top-notch and the whole process is as stress free as possible. Lynn stays in constant contact and explains the process every step of the way. As a seller, Lynn gives great advice on how to stage your home with minimal cost and thoroughly researches similar homes in the area so you can set the best possible price. Lynn aggressively markets your home on the realty sites and has many other options if you want them.

Overall, the process of buying a house couldn't have been easier! I can't list enough positives about my experience in buying a house and working with Gary. We always heard that buying a house can be stressful. Sure, we were anxious in the purchase, but Gary made the whole process as easy as physically possible. Gary never tried to pressure us into buying a house we didn't want or couldn't afford. The first thing we discussed was our budget and what we were and weren't interested in. Gary followed these guidelines to a T. I would recommend Gary Gardiner 100% as a real estate agent in the Fredericksburg/Stafford/Spotsylvania area.
