He looked at all of the possible places to do the install and asked where I wanted it. He made a few suggestions but I really wanted it where the sump pump was. He said it would be difficult, but could be done. He managed to squeeze into the small closet where the sump pump was and did a great job installing the mitigation system. It was freezing outside and much of the work had to be done outside. The technician did not complain one single time of how could it was. He did the work very professionally and talked me through his process the entire time. When it was all complete the technician asked if I liked how it looked and if it was to my standard. I was in shock, no company has ever asked me that.
I found out that the tech had only been doing installs for about a year and a half. It seemed as if he had been doing it for years. This company has my highest recommendation regarding radon mitigation.
