They did the work correctly as far as I know and give a 1 year warranty. They were very professional.

S&K did an excellent job. Remodeled kitchen and powder room, replaced windows (including matching stain), replaced two exterior doors. Quality of work was great and they left my house in clean condition when they were done. As issues were identified, they provided good communications and successfully resolved all challenges, without any increases in price. I will definitely use them again.

We need a lot of work done to the exterior of our house, and wound up with Steve giving us an estimate on siding, etc.  He also arranged for a chimney person to check out our leaking chimney.  In the meantime, we also contacted a chimney sweep to take a look.  Steve's chimney guy told us exactly what the chimney sweep did, and both gave us a similar estimate in cost.  The chimney will be done when we have the siding done.  Due to some issues on our part, the siding can't be done quite yet.  But we decided to go ahead with installation of a new front door.
Steve walked us through the selection process.  I am not good with making choices when faced with lots of options.  In fact, Steve suggested the front door color, and I'm very pleased with it.  Steve himself was supposed to install the door, but had a family emergency.  He contacted us by phone several times throughout the day, while his crew was here, then came by after the installation was complete to be sure it met his standards.
Several weeks later, Hurricane/Storm Sandy came through and Steve e-mailed prior to the storm to ask us to keep an eye on the door for leaks.  There were no leaks, but he has asked to be notified if anything does go wrong with the door.
I gave the price of the door a B as it was higher than I anticipated.  But you get what you pay for, and I'm really quite thrilled with the quality and looks of the door.
And the door is fiberglass, so he doesn't want us to install anything on the door - he'll come back when I've chosen a knocker and want to put up curtain rods over the sidelights!  He'd rather do it himself than let us mess it up!  ;-)

eS&K did a great job, was very responsive to questions and made my wife and I as the home owner very comfortable before and during the renovation of our master bathroom.  The cost for labor was very reasonable.  The owner provide great advice throughout the job and coordinated many efforts.  The sub-contractors used by S&K were timely and did very nice work.  We are already working out the details of our next bathroom to be renovated by S&K.  S&K discussed our needs, provided a draft design and coordinated as well as advised us on products and options.  S&K came to our house to discuss the project when we were available and worked around our schedule.  S&K actually works regularly with J&J Tile who did our kitchen and laundry room which was great since we knew the quality of their work.  I would recommend S&K for any home remodeling and renovation.
