I am in the process of filing a lawsuit to get a judgment for about $20,000.00 back. He was over-paid and I have to pay more money to fix the work he's done. I have also filed a complaint with DPOR and they are in the process of investigating, and should they find that my account was right, he will have his contractors license taken from him.
