Still awaiting for the builder (Tom Bell) to remedy long-overdue issues. This family-oriented business should focus more on quality and customers opposed to quantity/volume. Very disappointing new-home experience.

Still awaiting for the builder Tom Bell to either fix long-overdue pending issues or purchase the home back. This family oriented business needs to focus on quality and customers before quantity and volume of homes being built. Very disappointing new-home experience.
