We experienced several months of late payments due to the incompetency of office staff and the Rental Manager's failure to follow up. The period of time that our house was managed was filled with mistakes and poor communication. The house was old and their plummer came in to make a repair and essentially destroyed several the handles and fittings on the shower. To top it off, the Rental Manager was a no show for the walkthrough that was scheduled and confirmed on 8/213. Fortunately, we had good tenants that took great care of the house.
The problem is not just the Rental Manager, I emailed the managing broker about problems with the Rental Manager on two occasions and never received a response. I do not recommend that this company for managing any rental property
