"Neither of us remember ever receiving a call from a [member name removed]. Likewise we did not visit his home to look at a job. Our policy is to give our clients a fair estimate as to when we can get to his job, or if his work does not fit the type of work we do, we will tell him so and if possible refer him to someone who does that type work. We have a [member name removed] on our Customer list but at a different address. I think [member name removed] may have us confused with some other company. He never called to complain or follow-up, so I think the person that call on him was someone else. If possible we would like him to name the person who called on him. We have business cards and hand them to anyone we call upon. John Griessmayer Owner"

I was very happy with them and the concerned person was very prompt with his availability to come over and give me an estimate. He was very thorough and very professional. He did two sets of work and did it in a reasonable time frame especially since I was anxious and in a rush to get it done. He completed the work in a timely fashion and I do intend to use him again.

I was pleased with service - they came as scheduled and completed the work the same day. They did not charge me for the time it took for them to buy supplies for the the job. They were very polite and I plan to use them again.

He did a nice job, but our renters complained that he did not originally come when scheduled. This would not have been a problem for us, but they did note that it was inconvenient for them, even though they did not need to be there.

I called and had them call my daughter and set up an appointment. His first visit he fixed a few little things and called me with an estimate of what needed to be done right now. he always calls me first as I bay the bills and he acknowledged that right up front. He got estimates on the larger jobs i.e. deck, screen doors (one need to be replaced and the other could be repaired and rescreened. Based on the weather he finished the deck first, ordered the door (we are awaiting its delivery) and kept in touch with me and my daughter. He billed me promptly and I paid via return mail. We are still using him.

The work was preformed in Lynchburg, VA

Came within a few hours of call due to water leak and fixed it quickly. Checked for materials needed for the other work. Came back at mutually convenient time to do the other work after having bought necessary materials (specialty light bulbs). Work was done efficiently. Cleaned up after the job. Good value for the money. Very professional and reliable. Have used them for several years - have always had a good experience.
