The service was great. They fulfilled exactly what they said they would. They worked with me. They waited for the insurance to come through. They worked very well with me in particular with things I wanted done. They were very honest in their appraisal of the problem. They were not looking to make extra money. That was really important to me. They had the customer in mind. I always recommend them.

They have worked on a number of cars for us. They did a great job when they changed the engine on our Pontiac Grand Am. They worked on another car of mine and they did a good job. I don’t remember the cost for the last service, but their prices are reasonable. We have taken several different cars to them with different years, different make and different models from 1987 to 2006. They have done an excellent job for us on every car that they have worked on. Their punctuality has been pretty good most of the times. It might have taken a little longer a couple of times because of the other work. I don’t have a big comparison when it comes to the price and I only have a little bit of a comparison. Their quality and responsiveness have been excellent. I would use them again in the future. My husband used to never let anybody touch any car he had. We were really nervous the first time we took our car to Lack's Auto Service and they did a good job. Since then, he has allowed them to do other things. Usually nobody touches our cars but my husband. So, that says a lot in itself.
