"Good Day, I would first like to start off by saying, I am sorry you feel this way. At Shogun Services we are dedicated to our customers. We are a family owned and operated business with more than 40 years of experience and take great pride in our name. With that being said we truly understand the value of a dollar an strive to give our customers the top notch service at very competitive prices. We are fair and honest and strive to be the best at what we do with numerous satisfied customers across the state of Virginia, and positive 5 star reviews across many different platforms. We are also realistic and aware that we cannot please everyone, so again we apologize that your experience with us was not to your liking. To start I would like to recap our experience to the best of my knowledge, being that this was a couple of months ago. First, We only buy quality parts and material from our local suppliers, these products hold up and last longer then consumer products. We are not sure where you were given a material price of $39 for the material we installed, but if this is contractor grade material and accurate please inform us of the supplier as we would like to start buying material from them. We do not show supplier receipts, nor do we have them to show as they are sent directly to the office. This is for security reasons only, supplier receipts have sensitive company information; for example, account numbers. There are countless other reputable contractors who follow the same guidelines. Secondly, after determining we did not need all of the materials purchased, you were issued a credit for the cost of the material not used that was in the original quote. Something in our experience, no other contractor would have done once you agreed to the first quoted price. We are very honest and professional with all of our customers, Let's address the issue of cost. We strive to be as cost effective as possible and offer our clientele very competitive prices that beat out most of our competitors. As you say your total investment was $285, the going market rate for the work performed, again to the best of our knowledge, would have been right around $500 or more. I encourage you to check around with any reputable plumbing contractor to verify this.
