The Owner was really nice & knowledgeable, as well as the guys who installed our heat pump. It was the price that I was frustrated with. We used a ZERO % interest credit card, but Smith Heating & Air charged us 8% for using a credit card. I was a little frustrated, but I had to have a new heat pump & not a lot of time to shop around. However they did give us a $200 military discount. (Not enough to offset the 8% fee)

They are always very responsive, helpful, pleasant, and professional. I believe their pricing is reasonable and competitive although I don't see the bills so I can't review that portion of their business specifically. Our tech that comes out always explains everything to me, in detail, and gives me the options we have to repair or replace. I would highly recommend them.
