Mark found a problem during routine maintenance and was extraordinarily diligent tracking down the cause and fixing it. It was one of those things where a lesser tech could have just addressed the symptom and I, the ignorant owner, would have been none the wiser until my compressor blew out. So grateful they take pride in their work and do it right. We'll hire no one else for our HVAC needs.
