HOME INNOVATIONS

1 - He was supposed to match the materials in the original house. He used much cheaper white pine instead of heart pine for the flooring. 2 - Workers taped paper on the floor so it wouldn't be marred. Months later, they pulled the tape up and the finish came off of the floor. Contractor spot stained which looked spotty and bad. Refused to fix until I offered to pay for 1/2 of the refinishing. 3 - Drywall dust was on every surface of the house because plastic wasn't put over doors to keep it from spreading. 4 - There's cracked tile in the new bathroom (see picture). 5 - A few months after the project was completed, a 7 foot crack developed in a new wall (see pictures). 6 - There's a leak where the new and old roofs meet. When it storms, water leaks into the attic, runs down the inside of the new wall, and comes out of the crack like a waterfall. Water also runs down through the AC ducts and onto the floor of the new room. I could continue but I think you get the picture.

Everything went great from start to finish. Brian personally worked with us to decide what to do and how to do it. He helped us find lights, fixtures, tiles and more. The crew was very professional - clean and neat and unobtrusive. Work was completed on time. A few issues arose later, that they quickly responded to and resolved. A great company!
