B & A Heating & Cooling

I cannot say enough about the great service I received from B&A Heating and cooling. I contacted Lisa and she, herself, came out to my home the same day to evaluate my heating/cooling needs. She was very professional, kind and very understanding.  She measured my space and spoke to me about the options available for my home.  I was very impressed with her service and personal touch she provided for me. (I say this because I had another company out the day before and the gentleman never looked at my old unit, the space and actually tried to sell me an out of date product without any warranty.)  We set a date and the service installer was at my home on time and he too was very professional. The work performed was done in a timely basis, neatly done and he took the initiative to ensure the work provided was excellent.  

B&A stands behind their product and I am very satisfied with the entire service. My previous unit was old, worn out and cost me a lot in heating and cooling. I was paying about $500 a month and now with the American Standard brand Heat pump my bill has dropped drastically to $125-140 a month. Already, my unit is paying for itself.  

I assure you will be very happy with the services provided by B&A Heating and cooling. They have my business and I hope I can steer others in the right way to a trustworthy company.

It went great they came the day I called on time told me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem how much is would cost and fixed it in a very timely manner. You cannot get any better service in Martinsville, Henry County and the surrounding area!!

B & A has worked for us for years on both our home and rental properties. They are dependable and trustworthy. They are always able to fix needed repairs.

Communications with them were excellent. They did the job as quickly and neatly as possible, going out of their way to make it look good and be efficient.
