 + -1 moreProvider is a really nice guy, but lacks organizational skills and ability to guide the project. Contractor took almost 3 months to accomplish the task. We had to adjust what we wanted in some areas because he failed to follow through on ordering the materials. It should have been a sign when he gave us the initial estimate and we handed him pictures of all the desired flooring, tubs, fixtures, tiles, etc. that we wanted and after he left everything we gave him was left laying in our driveway. He never called to ask for the information.
Description of Work: Updated 2 bathrooms.
