I have seen Dr. Tan for several years. She is great. The front office is sometimes not as easy to deal with and it takes about a couple of weeks to get an appointment sometimes (not really different from any other specialist). Overall, highly recommend.

Dr. Shaver is very professional and gets the job done. He may seem short and cut and dry at first, but he is amazing what he does, and he has a soft side. He was very thorough in my surgery and really looked out for me. He even went to the pathologist during the surgery to make sure they were looking specifically at what he wanted them to evaluate. His office staff is wonderful as are his nurses. Its easy to leave message and speak with them about any concerns or issues. I hope I won't need him again! But I definitely will if I need him!

I really like Dr. Tan, she is very good. She does a good job explaining, and I would recommend her. Dr. Tan's availability is great, however they have an automated system, and it is a pain. It is difficult to get through, but it's better than it was. Probably because of all the complaints. It's very difficult to get an appointment without a referral, especially with the automated phone system. Once you get to the office, everything is great, it's just getting the initial appointment.

I went to see Dr. Tan and she was great at explaining to me my condition and working with me to figure out solutions. I did not truly understand what I had before speaking with her. She was great at explaining complex science on a simple level. Also she was willing to work with my work schedule and insurance needs. The office was nice and everyone was friendly and helpful.

She is very good at listening to what is happening; and, trying to make sure that medications are, done well. She is not available in her office in Granbury, all the time and she has got a small office.
