In addition new siding was installed. Their quality and thoroughness of work was truly amazing.

Dustin was the sales rep that gave me the estimate on my siding. I appreciated his expert advice and candor. Even though I didn't agree to some of the additional improvements that he suggested he remained professionally friendly and persistent without being pushy. In the end, even though I had received lower estimates, I felt more assured that the Xterior Remodeling team would deliver what I needed. To say they went above and beyond would in reality be an understatement. Their team arrived ready to get to work. Once they started they proceed on schedule. There were a few consultations with Ben, the project manager, which didn't come off as "upselling" to me. I felt they stuck to the scope of work while offering to remedy some issues that were not apparent from the onset as I wanted. What surprised me is that there were some additions to the work, that could have been add-ons, that they included to maintain their corporate integrity. Finally, they spent extra time helping me cover my patio door entrance to prevent other damage until I get that replaced. Above and beyond! Thank you, Xterior Remodeling TEAM!

We chose Xterior Remodeling after seeing their reviews on Home Advisor and were very pleased with the entire process. One of the things I most appreciated was their excellent communication. Dustin sold us the job and then made sure we knew exactly what each step of the process would look like. Ben managed the project and was also excellent at keeping me updated on scheduling, materials coming in, etc. During the install Min checked in onsite daily and asked me several times if I had any concerns. When it was finished there were a few minor things I wanted them to clean up and Min had his crew there within the hour, to do it, despite bad weather. All in all, a great experience.

This company is A1! From the initial meeting with Dustin to the final review of the project with Ben they exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the knowledge of the different siding options, their eye for details, and the high level of professionalism. I would have no hesitation recommending them, and using them for future projects.

We had an excellent experience start to finish with this company. We replaced our siding, shutters and gutters. Compared to other companies Dustin was the only one who made a recommendations on color based on various features of our house. Everyone else gave us a book at told us to pick. The price was comparable to other companies, but this customer service put them above the rest and made us feel more confident in our choice. Ben and Min provided excellent all around customer service, keeping us updated and checking in on our satisfaction. The workers were respectful, on time and did excellent work. The area around the house was cleaned up each evening and the installation was completed on time. I would definitely recommend this company. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

This is a fantastic siding installation company. From start to finish my project was handle in a superb and professional manner. Dustin and Ben, the two principals of the company, are real pros who know how to take care of their customers. They made my 40 year old house look like a new house. I wanted to take a moment to personally thank Min, Dustin, Ben and their entire crew for the AWESOME job they did on our siding and gutters. I can personally attest to the professionalism of the entire team and to their commitment to a customer first approach to their work. From the first time we met Dustin, we were sold on this company. Within a day after signing the contract, we received a call from Ben about the project. COVID issues delayed our start date for a week or two, but every couple of days we received a call or text letting us know the status of our expected start date. When the project started, we were introduced to the team by Min, who was our Project Manager. He walked us through the project, asked about any concerns we had, and assured us that he would continue to stay connected throughout the project. And, he did! The original siding was put on the house in the late 1970s, and there were a lot of problems underneath the facade. Ben and his team fixed every, single problem with care and craftsmanship. When they took the siding off of the chimney, there was only a shoddy frame beneath. Min had his team reframe the chimney and properly attach the frame two the house. Each time another section of the old materials were removed another issue was discovered and fixed. If something was found, Ben or Min or Dustin consulted with us, explained the issue, and fixed it. Before they left each night, the crew cleaned the worksite, and checked with us to make sure there were no concerns. We cannot be happier with the end result. The finished product is stunning. Every neighbor has commented on the the amazing transformation. I am so grateful to have found Xterior Remodeling, LLC! And, I am happy to say that we have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. There just aren't enough characters left in this review to do this team justice. I just wish they did "Interior Remodeling" because I would hire them in a second! If you are reading this review, I recommend giving them a call. Ben may not pick up on the first ring, but he calls right back - so, leave a message because you will not regret it!

My entire experience with this company was excellent! I had the siding of my townhouse and gutters replaced. Dustin answered all my questions and promptly provided me with an estimate. Ben was the project manager and was wonderful, they went above and beyond my expectations. Ben went back to my property after the initial visit to answer additional questions I had regarding the trim around the main door and provided options. The crew that worked in my project - lead by Junior- was on time, left the job site clean, and were very polite. There was an unexpected change with the downspouts and they made sure that I was happy with the end result. Ben came at the end of the project to make sure I was satisfied with the results. The customer service provided was excellent, my phone calls and emails were answered quickly. I would definitely recommend Xterior Remodeling!

Dustin and Ben are two outstanding men to work with. They have a great staff as well that is very attentive to detail. They kept me informed of everything involving the installment of my new roof and vinyl siding, which included the precautions during the 2019â 20 COVID Pandemic as well as any weather related delays that could arise. If you are looking for a contractor that you can rely on, Xterior Remodeling is the one. I had to remodel my roof from 6/12 pitch to 12/12 pitch and install fully new roof and siding on my 1974 house. The worst part was that I had previously hired a contractor for this job, he already bought significant portion of materials (engineered trusses), but never started the job. Spoke to many professionals on how to straighten this problem. And only Xterior Remodeling was able to properly address the situation. Not like many others who wanted to charge for every single part of the project, even though they are not doing the actual work (framing for example or any other little thing which is common in big projects), Xterior Remodeling brought proper professionals at no cost in order to receive their part of business, siding and roofing. Their time management vs work skills are excellent which is very rare in contractor's business. Job that a typical contractor would do for months, these guys did it in 2 weeks. Definitively recommend to anyone who is planning to do serious exterior remodeling.

Exterior installed Hardie board and new gutters for me. They were easy to work with, did a great job, and provided good value.
