I asked Able to replace flooring that had been compromised by water from the air conditioner.  His son Daniel replaced the flooring over mold and when it came loose, I called Able and asked him to come by and review the work.   He did and said he would stand by the job and repair the floor.  He then refused my phone calls and emails. After several attempts, I had to have someone else come back and repair the work done by Wood Concepts (Able Cordova). 
Hire at your own risk. He does not stand by his work and will not return phone calls once the job is fully paid.
