The lady was fine and professional and responded. However I went with another provider because of similar price but reviews on Angie's List./

Don't even think about using this company!Woman owned, but once the sale is made - UNRESPONSIVE! WIndows were supposed to have a lifetime guarantee -I had a window break and ordered a replacement plus I had to pay for it- was assured that someone would come out to install @ no charge - that was 3 years ago and it's still sitting in my garage.I had Caren put windows in 2 houses (one a rental and my own house)She made rude personal comments about my tenants - very unprofessional. She gives you her cell phone #, but don't be fooled by that - she doesn't return calls once she has your money.Really a bad company to deal with.
