About us
Waters Edge Builders is a Class A contractor whose primary business is the construction of new homes, both traditional "stick built" and systems built both in Northern Virginia and the Northern Neck of Virginia. We also construct new additions, garages, and remodeling services as well as damage restoration, such as fire and tree damage, electrical surge damage, etc. Our employees are primarily recently retired professionals (government engineering management specialists, chemists, fire department managers, etc.), who have a history of completing projects with appropriate detail, on time and within budget. We do most work in house, but do use subcontractors for some work, such as concrete, brick work, and roofing, that makes sense to sub out. We are affiliated with several architects who can take your ideas and develop plans acceptable for County plan submission.
