OUR SERVICE WAS COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY SINCE THE MICROWAVE WAS ONLY A COUPLE MONTHS OLD. THE LADY WE SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY NICE & WORKED AROUND MY BUSY SCHEDULE. THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO THE HOUSE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & RESPECTFUL. HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG & THE 2 OPTIONS FOR REPAIR.

THIS WAS SIMPLY, DROP OFF THE CAMERA AT THE LOCATION AND THEY CALL YOU WHEN IT IS DONE. THIS JOB TOOK 4 DAYS. ONCE THE JOB WAS DONE AND IT WAS DONE RIGHT, WE WERE TELEPHONED TO PICK UP OUR CAMERA.
